1) Continuous Cutting Line, This Cutting Machine is a full automatic cutting line.It has three cutting station,Horizontal Cutting Unit, It is used to cut the EPS block height into thickness as you need.Vertical Cutting Unit. It is used to cut the EPS block width into request width. Even triming eps block two sides. Down Cutting Unit. It is used to cut the EPS block length into different length as you need. The whole cutting line is controlled by PLC and Torch Screen. It can cut the EPS block one by one continuous.
2. Slab Cutting Machine. This is a 3in1 Cutting Machine. It is a simple but useful machine. It has the Horizontal, Vertical and down cutting uint together in one machine.
3. CNC Cutting Machine. It is a CNC Contour Cutting Machine.It is used to cut different shapes and design.
Hereby we want to introduce our single hot wire cutter, its a machine controlled by a computer capable of cutting any 3D objects out of extruded and expanded polystyrene foams. Cutting is done by a hot wire moving in the X-Y plane through the use of micro stepping motors controlled by a computer.This allows for making fast and precise cutting of the foam material.
The precision control makes it possible to cut objects of nearly any shape given that their thickness is to be the same as the thickness of material used. By designing and cutting various views of one object it is also possible to construct even more complicated 3D objects.Through the use of a turntable(optional equipment available with our foam cutters). one can also cut out all the solids of revolution, including the sphere.
